The music
Out now
Root follows Seed with ten new songs and a clearer sense of direction. Strong melodies and hooks lead the way, with each song patiently arranged and mixed until the recording serves the writing.

Seed is where Odyssey Bloom Studios began: ten songs bringing together fresh ideas and melodies that had been taking shape for years. The styles change, but the focus stays on the song—a hook worth returning to, an arrangement that fits, and a mix that feels right.
Odyssey Bloom Studios is an independent songwriting and production project by Ben Hale Moody. It starts with a melody, a hook, or a line worth following. Genre follows the song. From there, the work is patient: writing, arranging, recording, and mixing until the pieces belong together.
Occasional AI-assisted tools support production and sound design alongside traditional collaboration and digital production. The melody, hook, lyric, and direction come first; the tools help shape the finished recording.
